For this project, our goal was to address a steep hillside prone to erosion while enhancing plant diversity using only native species. We selected a carefully curated mix of plants well-suited to the site’s soil conditions, slope, and sunlight—ensuring long-term stability, resilience, and beauty.
Strategically placed groundcovers, shrubs, and grasses now anchor the soil and support local pollinators, while the natural layout complements the woodland setting. The result is a thriving, low-maintenance native planting that solves a functional problem without compromising aesthetics.
